After 12 years of leading soldiers and managing risk with the US Army, I sought a new challenge and spent the next 11 years helping clients while working in the Risk Advisory practice at EY. While there, the vast majority of my clients were Fortune 100 Companies who I helped build, maintain, and enhance risk and compliance programs, many times to address a regulatory issue or in preparation for a regulatory change. I've worked across multiple industries, from Financial Services to Advanced Manufacturing, and have built programs encompassing the full gambit of risk and compliance activities...from requirements management through risk assessments, testing, and reporting, I've partnered with clients to solve their most pressing issues.
I believe firmly that any solution developed should adhere to three core principles:
I love working with my clients to solve problems. No situation is identical, which is why I am passionate about building the right solution to fit my client's needs. I take the time to understand their issues and make sure that any solution that is developed will not only help them achieve their long term goals, but will also fit within the context of their culture and resource constraints.
